YES!
Finally head running w my bro last night after i've been saying for long!
he's really fit yo,
every friday he'll go running after he book out.
and he manage to physco me along!
I shall try to go with him if i able to make it!
I so need to excercise! :/
Mummy brought me to (Gua Sha) scrub my back last night,
cos i always complain, there's aching here and there.
Urgh!
Had hard time sleeping, cos back was real freaking pain!
it's still aching now.
and the guy still ask me to go back again to scrub, to let the blood flow,
( i don't feel like going back again! )
